Samstag, 18. Oktober:
- Jeunesse sportive d’El Omrane – Jeunesse sportive kairouanaise (Schiedsrichter: Hosni Neili / VAR: Fraj Abdellaoui).
- Union sportive de Ben Guerdane – Avenir sportif de Gabès (Schiedsrichter: Haithem Trabelsi / VAR: Majdi Ballagha).
Sonntag, 19. Oktober:
